About Dawn
I'm Dawn — a mom, wife, operations leader, writer, and woman who has learned that sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let go.
My journey hasn't been perfect, but it has been real. I've walked through childhood wounds, impossible decisions, motherhood in the trenches, and seasons that broke me wide open — and somehow, brought me closer to who I was always meant to be.
I wrote She Let Go(d) as a roadmap for my daughters, but it's really for anyone who has ever felt lost, overextended, misunderstood, or like they had to hold everything together on their own. It's a reminder that we can release what was never ours to carry and still create a beautiful, meaningful life.
Today, I coach people through their own seasons of change, healing, and self-discovery. I believe in honest conversations, practical steps, and the kind of support that meets you exactly where you are — no pretending required.
Whether through my writing, coaching, or simply showing up, my hope is to help people feel seen, supported, and free to trust what is true for them.
If something in you is asking to be heard, I'd be honored to listen.Work with Dawn →
